Package 1

This package will suit the individual that are fairly active, and just need some motivation and guidance with his/her training. You used to be quite active, but neglect training for the last 3-6 months. Those doing some sort of training (walking, running, cycling or playing a sport) but needs to work on fitness, endurance or strength to ensure all over conditioning and prevent injury.

Common goals for this group will be:

  • Improve muscle tone and strength
  • Improve cardio fitness
  • Get into a habit of training again
  • Loose weight
  • Looking and feeling great for a wedding/party or special event

Package 2

This package shows best results when training for an event. Individuals that want to train for the Argus, a 10km race or their first triathlon, benefit most from a 12 week program. Research has proven that this is the time that people can stay focused and not loose interest in their original goal. Training is very specific for the event, and included all aspect to reach your goal. Whether it is to just complete the race, or perform in the race.

Common focus areas here are:

  • To compete in a specific race/competition
  • To change from cycling/running to multi-sport
  • To improve your present performance in your sport

Package 3

This, slightly longer program suit the individual who has not been training for more than 6 months, and when he/she did train- it was not consistent. These sessions include a 4 week anatomical adaptation phase, to re-learn the body to do exercise, and to make sure that connective tissue like ligaments, tendons, cartridge and bone do not suffer injury from sudden activity.

Common goals are:

  • To improve fitness
  • To improve health
  • To loose weight
  • To be more active
  • To recover from injury

 

*Please note that 4+ sessions / week is possible.
*Sessions without Personal Trainer is possible at certain times.
