My Personal Performance offers a range of exercise programs and training sessions for the individual. The service is supplied by well educated staff and the trainer: member ratio is 1:1, maximum 1:3. All clients will undergo a fitness assessment after which they will be educated and informed about their results.
An individual training program will then be designed that meets the needs of the client and is also in line with the World Health Organization's (WHO) guidelines. Every 4-6 weeks the client will be re-assessed and informed about his/her progress. The clients will range from young adults that live a sedentary lifestyle to high performance athletes that want to improve their performance, as well as the elderly where the focus will be on functional training.
The client will need guidance in the choice, frequency and duration of physical activity. MPP will have no membership fee. You will only pay for the program and all sessions will be with your trainer. This makes the services of a personal trainer/sport scientist more affordable. You will receive constant and continuous feedback and motivation on your progress.
You will also be educated on your responsibility towards your health, and will sign a contract to buy into an 8, 12, 16 week or long term program. Independent,
sustainable training is the ultimate goal, and clients that make use of the service for a
longer time will need less guidance, and will also pay less.
At My Personal Performance, all our clients have a trainer. The trainer will focus on
technique, motivation and guidance. Clients can choose from a 1:1 ratio to small groups
of 3, making personal training affordable.
