Karin Winterbach

Karin Winterbach has an honors degree in Sport Science, is an ACE (American Council of exercise) qualified personal trainer and she lecturers for F.I.T Principles. Karin is an all-round sport fanatic with provincial colors in triathlon, swimming, athletics and netball. Her passion for sport and the fitness industry has led to the opening of her own personal studio.

She has been coaching and training a wide range of athletes, as well as beginners.

Christa Koekemoer

Christa Koekemoer has an honors degree in Sport Science (High Performance) and is a qualified personal trainer (University of Stellenbosch). Christa is also a Sports Physiologist with experience in athlete’s, especially runners, cyclists and multi-sport exercise testing and coaching at the University of Stellenbosch. She is a sports enthusiast herself with provincial colors in athletics and cross-country and national colors for Duathlon and long distance Triathlon.

Focus: Toning and general fitness, weight loss, functional sports specific training, muscle gain.

Other qualifications: Sports Massage therapist (cyclists & runners), Spinning Instructor.

Brenda Coomer

Has the ETA qualification for Personal Training.  She has also managed a Run Walk for Life Franchise and is enthusiastic about the general wellness and fitness levels of all people. 

She has climbed Kilimanjaro, run the Comrades Marathon, Two Oceans Marathon and many of the local Trail Runs including the Puffer and Three Peaks.
