My Personal Performance provides custom made training programs and training sessions for the individual and small groups. My Personal Performance's approach allows an individual to be informed about his/her fitness status, and have a professional sport scientist for guidance and motivation during every single training session.
This results in structured sessions where there is a purpose and goal with every activity. In addition, the client does not have membership fees that is not used when on holiday, injured or because of medical reasons. The chances of 'skipping' training is reduced, for the client has a scheduled training time where he/she only needs to buy the program, and My Personal Performance's professional staff will take over the responsibility.
